1 frozen banana
1/2 cup strawberries
1/4 cup blueberries
1 raw egg yolk
1 t flax ground flax seed
1 scoop whey protein powder (I prefer vanilla flavor)
1/3 cup yogurt
1 t vanilla
splash of POM juice
handful of fresh baby spinach (trust me, you wont even taste it!)
Puree in your blender until smooth. Enjoy!
A quick note, if you would like to add pineapple core to this smoothie, do so after your egg retreival, for 5 days straight. Slice one pineapple into 5 parts, and separate the core into 5 baggies. freeze them and add them to your daily smoothie for 5 days. The bromelein in pineapple core is said to help with implantation.
